Healthy Bath Tips

  1. Bathing twice a day or even if you feel your body hot shower three times a day.
  2. When the shower wash the entire body from head to toe you with soap because it will remove all the acid in the body odor.
  3. Do not forget to brush your teeth, wash, and shampoo (3 days for a shampoo)
  4. Bathe regularly is in the morning and afternoon.
  5. Do not bathe in the afternoon when you're after sun exposure and also at night which was late (I'll be attacked by rheumatism)
