Restoring Family Links (RFL) As stated in Geneva Convention, TMS (Tracing and Mailing Services) one of IRC humanity service since 1975 has changed into RFL (Restoring Family Links). Indonesian Red Cross is the only national organization using TMS to provide investigation of missing person due to conflict or natural disaster and adoption case. Some activities done under the new name are publishing RFL guidance book and printing new forms that will be distributed at once Within a year, RFL have made assessment visit to 14 provinces in Indonesia; Papua, West Papua, Maluku, North Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Bali, Central Java, Yogyakarta, West Java, Bengkulu, West Sumatra, and Aceh.
